Combining comfort with performance, the Spirit XBU55 Upright Bike is a wise home gym addition for cycling fans. Every push on the pedals is smooth, thanks to its 14kg flywheel, with 20 resistance levels ensuring every ride is as challenging as you need it to be. With a fully adjustable cushioned seat, oversized quick latch pedals and an ergonomic handlebar design, you can quickly get comfortable on the XBU55. At the centre of the console is a 7.5” multi-colour LCD display that shows you all your important workout metrics, including your heart rate, which can be measured either by holding on to the integrated contact points or via a Bluetooth chest strap (not included). There are a variety of pre-set workout programs to choose from, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, Time, Distance, Calories, 2 Custom and 4 Heart Rate. The XBU55 also connects to some leading fitness apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Map My Fitness, Apple Health Kit and more via the Spirit+ App. The console is complete with the inclusion of a dedicated title and swivel tablet holder above the screen, an adjustable cooling fan, a USB charging port, direct access resistance buttons and integrated Bluetooth speakers.
