With an 11kg flywheel, a 48cm auto-adjustable stride length and 24 levels of digital resistance, the ProForm Carbon E7 Elliptical deliver an incredibly smooth exercise experience. Incline of up to 20° let you raise the intensity of your workout at the touch of a button, with soft touch upper body grips ensuring full-body engagement as you stride. The ProForm Carbon E7’s 7” full colour capacitive touch display lets you stream iFIT workouts led by world-class personal trainers who control your machine’s settings in real-time to maximise your workout. With iFIT, you can access an ever-expanding library of on-demand workouts, automatically track your progress, enjoy real-life running routes with Google Maps™, compete with your friends and custom-tailor your training to your specific goals (iFIT Pro membership required). The Carbon E7 is fitted with ActivePulse™ Technology, which lets the machine automatically adjust your resistance and incline to maintain your optimal heart rate zone (SmartBeat™ Arm Band required – sold separately). Play your audio through two 2” speakers (or through your Bluetooth headphones), stay cool with the integrated Coolaire workout fan and keep on top of your hydration with a built-in water bottle holder.
