The Charcoal Black Life Fitness ICG IC5 Indoor Cycle is built to look great in any gym environment. Equipped with a Poly-V Belt Drivetrain, the IC5 is capable of transferring extreme levels of torque smoothly, and its 1:10 gear ratio generates an incredibly fast flywheel speed. An easy-to-reach 300-degree dial beneath the handlebars increases the challenge, with a magnetic resistance system that adjusts smoothly mid-ride. The WattRate® LCD+ computer features a fully integrated LCD screen with permanent colour backlight function. With Coach By Color®, an indicator above the screen and on the top of the unit changes so the both the exerciser and the instructor know exactly how hard they’re working. The screen displays a wealth of valuable training data such as watts, heart rate, rpms, exercise duration and resistance level. The Sprint Pro handlebars have been reinvented with drop bars for more control and stability in the sprint position, while also offering comfort and strain relief on the arms, back and shoulders when taking longer rides. Workout data can be captures to external devices via Bluetooth® and ANT+ (like the ICG® Training App), and can be transferred to other apps like Strava and Garmin. Other features on the IC5 include dual-sided SPD and toe cage pedals, a unisex padded sport saddle, dual integrated water bottle holders, a moulded form-fit stretch plate and a 155 mm Q-Factor.
