A 16 Digit Alphanumeric LED 8.5” LCD Screen displays your time, distance, calories, speed, incline, pace and heart rate, with 10 intuitive workout programmes to choose from, including the exclusive, scientifically validated Sprint 8 program that burns fat and builds muscle in effective 20-minute sessions. The 7.4AT also connects to the @Zone app—download the @Zone app to your tablet/smart device to race through exotic locales, train and compete against running enthusiasts all over the world, and enjoy metric-driven workouts (tablet not included – app subscriptions may be required).
