The Body-Solid G9 Multi Station Gym’s newest feature is the Inner/Outer Thigh Station, allowing you to trim and tone those trouble spots by executing adductor and abductor exercises. This feature sits among a multi-function Press Arm Station, Perfect Pec™ Station, Leg Press/Calf Press Station, Press Bar, Leg Developer station (featuring the SmoothGlide Bearing System™), self-aligning contoured Leg Extension Cuffs, 4½” pulleys, Revolving Lat Bar, Revolving Straight Bar, Ankle Strap, Ab/Triceps Strap and 2 x 210lb (95kg) selectorised weight stacks. The 2″ x 4″, 11-gauge mainframe construction also comes with a convenient water bottle and towel holder, the Total Body Workout™ DVD and a full size exercise chart. Body-Solid have ensured that your safety and comfort is enhanced, by the addition of the non-slip rubber encased foot plate and top grade DuraFirm™ pads with lumbar support, providing ultimate comfort and preventing lower back strain – alongside the telescoping, chrome plated, gas-assist adjustable seat posts, for quick, smooth adjustments and proper body positioning.
