The Body Power SP.IC20 Indoor Studio Cycle is the perfect home gym addition for both avid and amateur cyclists. Complete with an easy to read LCD screen, it displays all your necessary workout information including time, speed, clock, distance, RPM and calories burned. The vertically-adjustable, semi-circular handlebars are covered in foam, and boast elbow pads for a true road bike riding position and a tablet holder, so you can watch indoor cycling classes, your favourite films or listen to music while you train. With a free water bottle and holder, you can stay hydrated during the most intense workouts. The SP.IC20 features a semi-gel seat, that’s adjustable vertically and horizontally, and basket-type pedals to lock your feet firmly in place as you clock those miles. The robust and functional design includes a 20kg flywheel, which, combined with the tension controlled resistance and belt drive system provides an incredibly smooth ride.
