Constructed from solid steel, this one piece barbell ensures durability and functionality. The bar has a 2.5mm thicker diameter than traditional Standard barbells, which can help improve grip and forearm strength, with the bar ends manufactured to accommodate 1” standard weight plates. The wider inner provides more comfort during workouts, and will fit most home Olympic benches and racks. The barbell weighs 9kg itself, boasts a maximum weight capacity of 150kg, and features quality knurling for a secure grip. Spring collars sold separately.
