PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Weider’s Pro Power Rack design includes high and low precision pulleys alongside a maximum 136kg resistance, in order for you to build your strength and increase those gains. Add up to 68kg of weight plates to obtain the 136kg resistance (weight plates not included). The bar cradles support a max weight of 140kg including the barbell (not to be used with a bar longer than 6ft). Please note that this machine is only compatible with bars that have an internal length (between sleeves) of 52″ or more, such as product BPOB72-52. The Power Rack includes a Row Plate, Short Strap Handle, Row Bar and Lat Bar, leaving you with plenty of options for when you’re deciding which muscles you want to work on during your workout. The Pro Power Rack also includes a weight plate holder and exercise chart, allowing you to store your weights efficiently whilst consistently analysing your progress. The space saver design is ideal for domestic use and offers the versatility to be able to work on various muscles during the course of each workout. If you own the Pro Power Rack, heading to the gym for a quick resistance workout will soon become a thing of the past – leaving plenty of time for your fitness progression.
