The Spirit XE395ENT Elliptical features a dual aluminium rail track system for a smooth workout every time. Its cushioned pedals are adjustable to three different levels for different muscle activation, are spaced 2” apart and are set to a 2-degree inversion. A 14kg flywheel and 508mm stride length further enhance the XE395ENT’s natural motion. Achieve superior upper-body engagement with the moving multi-position handlebars, complete with integrated incline and resistance controls (20 levels of both), while the static handles are equipped with hand pulse sensors for accurate heart rate measurements (can also be measure via a chest strap – not included). The Spirit XE395ENT’s 1.01” touchscreen display has an intuitive interface for easy navigation through various training programs.. There are preloaded apps like Netflix, CNN and more, as well as built-in screen mirroring capabilities and a USB charging port for endless entertainment or motivation opportunities. Pre-set workout programs include Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, 5K, 10K, Target, (Time, Distance, Calories), 12 Custom, 4 HRC and Fitness Test (YMCA Protocol). You can also connect the XE395ENT to some leading fitness apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Map My Fitness, Apple Health Kit and more via the Spirit+ App. Above the console is a secure tablet holder, with a reading rack ledge, adjustable cooling fan, USB charging port and integrated Bluetooth speakers completed the setup.
