The Spirit XE195 Elliptical is fitted with a 24lb (10.8kg) flywheel that delivers a smooth, consistent feel throughout the motion. It offers a 20” stride length, plus 20 levels of ECB resistance with handlebar controls for easy adjustments mid-stride. The handlebars themselves are foam-covered for a comfortable grip, and move in tandem with the pedals to effectively engage your upper body. The XE195 utilises a 7.5” LCD display that provides clear access to all the workout metrics you need, and features integrated short cut buttons to your programs, fan, start, stop, level up and level down. Choose your workout from a range of built-in options, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Interval and Heart Rate (measured via pulse sensors on the static handlebars below the console). The XE195’s console also includes an integrated fan to keep you cool and a built-in tablet holder to keep your tablet steady while you train.
