PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Comfortable and ergonomic, the Spirit XBR55 Recumbent Bike delivers a quality ride every time. Its step through design makes it easy to get on and go, with oversized pedals, a high density seat and adjustable nylon mesh back ensuring comfort for even the longest of sessions. The console incorporates a 7.5” multi-colour LCD display that shows you all your important workout stats and metrics, including your heart rate, which can be measure either by holding on the integrated contact points on the handles by your sides or via a Bluetooth chest strap (not included). There are a variety of pre-set workout programs to choose from, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Fusion, Time, Distance, Calories, 2 Custom and 4 Heart Rate. The XBR55 also connects to some leading fitness apps, like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Map My Fitness, Apple Health Kit and more via the Spirit + App. Completing the console is a built in tablet holder above the screen that can tilt and swivel, direct-access resistance buttons for working your way up through 20 resistance levels, an adjustable cooling fan, a USB charging port and integrated Bluetooth speakers.
