Compatible with the REP PR-4000 Power Rack, this Lat Pulldown and Low Row pulley system adds all the functionality of a cable system to your setup. Choose from a Selectorised or a Plate-Loaded version, both complete with a lat bar, a straight bar and a foot plate to brace against during low rows. Also available in your choice of height (80” / 203.2 cm or 93” / 236.2 cm).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Both the Selectorised and Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown and Low Row pulley system feature a 1:1 ratio, meaning 10lbs feels like 10lbs of actual resistance. The cables are built to stand the test of time, made from galvanised wire with a raw steel core. The Selectorised option features a heavy 200lbs weight stack (and the option to upgrade to a huge 300lb / 136kg weight stack), with additional resistance band pegs for extra resistance. A magnetic pin lets you move quickly between the 10lbs weight increments. The Plate-Loaded option has two weight horns that are compatible with Olympic Weight Plates, with a maximum weight capacity of 550lbs. Both options include the Rear Base Stabiliser, which serves as an anchor point and removes the need to bolt down your rack. Each Lat Tower variation is available in heights of 80” or 93” – be sure to pick the correct height for your PR-4000 Rack. Please note the Lat Tower adds approximately 3” to the height of your rack and 27″ to the depth of a 4-post rack, or 8″ to the depth of a 6-post rack. It’s suggested to leave an additional 10″ of clearance behind the attachment for loading space. <br><br>
