View your workout stats—including your Watts power readout—on the large 1-window LCD display, or utilise the tablet holder in front of the screen. Download the iFit app to your device to access global on-demand workouts, streaming sessions led by world-class trainers that push you further to maximise your results (30-day iFit Family subscription included*). ActivePulse™ technology will automatically adjust the resistance on your Sport CX to keep you in the optimal heart rate zone (SmartBeat Armband required), while SmartAdjust technology puts your resistance in the hands of your iFIT instructors.
