Standing at an Olympic Width, the ProForm Carbon Olympic System can be used as a stand-alone squat rack or a bench press station with the included utility bench. It features adjustable safety spotters and j-hooks with plenty of height options to choose from. The independent utility bench offers flat, incline and decline positions for greater exercise variety, and features in-built transport wheels that make it easy to move around and store away. Also included is a 2-ft preacher curl pad that easily attaches to the front of the bench. The Carbon Olympic System’s frame also boasts resistance band pegs for extra intensity, and a pair of weight horns for weight plate storage. Plus, if you’re new to strength training and aren’t sure where to start, you can utilise the included Exercise Chart for some guidance and inspiration.
