Each dumbbell has a weight range of 10-50lbs (4.5-22.5kg), increasing in 5lb (2.25kg) increments. It’s easy to find the weight you’re after, with the weight clearly printed on the side of the plates. The plates themselves are manufactured from welded solid steel, with a powder-coated finish for enhanced durability. Each dumbbell has an open handle and contoured rubber grip for comfortable handling. Sold in pairs.
