There are 11 workout programmes built in, and you can view console apps such as Sprint 8, Virtual Active, MyFitnessPal, plus entertainment favourites like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and more (subscriptions not included). Connect your console via WiFi for software updates, ViewFit connectivity, web browsing and entertainment apps. Change between 20 resistance levels with resistance toggles on the handlebars, and track your heart rate with contact grips (or connect your heart rate strap via Bluetooth – strap not included).
