Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, they are manufactured to competition standards, meeting specific requirements for handle diameter (35mm) and bell dimension. Made of solid steel with a smooth finish and hollow core, they have a larger base than other kettlebells, providing excellent stability for safer and more efficient floor exercises, such as press ups and dips. Following a uniform shape and size across all weights, they’re suitable for use by both males and females. They are comfortable to use thanks to the super smooth handle. This Kettlebell weighs 20kg, and is colour coded (purple) for easy weight identification. Sold in singles.
