Unlike other water rowing machines, which use the user’s own strength to power the resistance, the FluidRower delivers adjustable resistance levels. A redesigned valve provides more accurate and even levels of adjustment, and the new black impellers capture more water, creating 5 levels of fluid resistance. The tank is now double sealed to prevent water egress, and the design offers greater precision during your intense rowing sessions.
