Adjusting your resistance is easy, using the spiral damper conveniently positioned on the right of the flywheel. Sophisticated yet easy to use, the backlit display lights up as soon as you start to row, providing accurate tracking of key performance data and comparable date for every row. With an adjustable monitor arm, you can tweak the height and angle to get the best view. The user-friendly menu helps you manage pre-set workouts and games.
