Track the metrics you lean on the most, with the integrated 16” touchscreen display showcasing your time, interval, distance (km or miles), calories, burn rate, heart rate (Bluetooth heart rate armband included), cadence and resistance. Every VeloCore comes with a free 2-month JRNY membership included. JRNY offers a personalised fitness experience that analyses your fitness level, guides you through daily adaptive workouts, and lets you choose from trainer-led videos (including leaning options), scenic destinations that match your speed and more. If binging some of your favourite shows while you ride is more your speed, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ on the HD display, and access your custom coaching and workout metric simultaneously without toggling between screens (subscription for streaming services required). The Bowflex VeloCore is compatible with popular cycling apps like Peloton® and Zwift® – just download these apps to your smart phone, tablet or smart TV (not available on the built-in touchscreen), sign up, connect to the bike via Bluetooth, and you’ll be able to track your cadence, resistance and heart rate. The VeloCore’s seat and handlebars can both be easily adjusted for optimal comfort, while its pedals are dual-sided, meaning you can clip in with SPD clips and cycling shoes, or utilise standard toe cages for a secure footing.
