An all-in-one strength training solution, both a barbell and a curl bar are included for unbeatable workout variety. Perform curls, tricep extensions, deadlifts, clean and press, glute bridges, squats lunges and many more movements with the SelectTech® 2080 from the comfort of your own home. An if you’re new to weight training, you can access Bowflex’s exercise video library to help you master the perfect form, with a clear understanding of how to use your SelectTech® 2080 barbell and curl bar effectively.
