The BowFlex IC Bike SEi provides a superior connected cardio experience, right from the comfort of your own home. Feel yourself getting stronger with 100 magnetic resistance levels, with a dial front and centre for fast resistance changes mid-push. An expanded range of seat and handlebar settings let you find the fit that’s right for you, and dual-sided pedals allow for the use of either SPD® clips or toe cages depending on your footwear. Keep an eye on your stats in full colour with the 7” display, showing your time, distance, speed and more, with a padded media rack for your phone or tablet also included. The IC Bike SEi has access to a library of free, essential workouts on the JRNY™ app from the very start. Unlock the full potential of JRNY™ with a Mobile-Only Membership (free 2-month trial for new members*) and experience adaptive studio workouts, trainer-led classes, Explore the World® routes, performance tracking and whole-body workouts on and off the bike (a pair of 1.5kg dumbbells are included). With the IC Bike SEi, you’re not just limited to one app experience—you can also ride with other popular cycling apps like Peloton® and Zwift® (subscriptions required). You can even connect your Bluetooth® heart rate armband to monitor your pulse while you ride. A Light Commercial environment is defined as being a Personal Training Studio, a Rehabilitation Centre, a Corporate Gym or similar with less than 3 hours use per day. This does not include environments that have fee paying members.
