The Body Solid Plyo Step acts exactly the same as a plyo box in terms of exercises, however its design is a fully-adjustable platform which is easily attachable to your Hexagon Rig System. With the Plyo Step you can perform step-ups, box jumps, push-ups, running taps, v-sits, donkey kicks, plank abductors and more, without sacrificing any floor space.
