The Body Solid J Cups are designed for use with the Body Solid SPR1000 Commercial Power Rack. Sold in pairs, these J-Cup Lift Offs can be mounted to the front or back of the Rack and provide you with another space for an additional bar. Weight tested to 1000lbs.
