We’ve paired the outstanding Body-Solid G6B Bi-Angular Gym with the optional Inner/Outer Thigh Station Attachment to bring even more exercise options and maximise your home strength training. Featuring a compact, space-saving footprint, the G6B Bi-Angular Gym offers an incredible 6 stations with 210lbs weight stack and 50+ exercises to target all six major muscle groups. With easy selection and no need to move around different stations, it saves time and maximises your performance. Safe and comfortable, the G6B comes with lumbar support pads, adjustable seat and DuraFirm™ upholstery, which offers exceptional comfort throughout every exercise. The integrated leg developer CAM prevents resistance drop-off at the end of the exercise movement and provides consistent resistance throughout the full range of motion. Key stations included with this stellar home gym are the Bi-Angular Motion Chest Press, ideal for chest presses, incline presses and shoulder presses, the Lat Pulldown/ High Pulley for lat pull downs, triceps press downs, cable crossovers and more, the Seated Row / Low Pulley for building depth in the middle back and strengthening lower lats, Leg Extension / Leg Curl for leg curls and leg extensions and the Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley for developing incredible abs and triceps in quick-speed time. Also included is the outstanding Perfect Pec Station. Equipped with variable resistance, swivel arms and designed for both unilateral and bilateral movements, it provides you with maximum stretch for deep muscle toning and the most incredible upper body development you can get. The included Inner/Outer Thigh Station enables you to effectively tone the notoriously hard to target inner and outer thighs. You can perform both the abductor and adductor from a seated position, adjusting your workout via the 5 range-of-motion adjustments.
