The Body Power SP.IC14 Indoor Studio Cycle is a stylish studio bike for home use. It comes complete with an easy to read LCD screen, which feeds back time, speed, distance, calories burned and heart rate via the EKG grips. The foam covered, adjustable handlebars feature a unique table holder so you can watch indoor cycle classes, your favourite films or listen to music whilst you train. With a water bottle and holder, you can stay hydrated during the most intense workouts. The stylish and functional design features a smooth 14kg flywheel (460mm diameter) with a quick release tension adjuster, providing continuous tension. The cycle features a three-piece crank and balanced pedals with foot straps, 2 way bearing and chain driven, fully adjustable seat (adjusted both vertically and horizontally). It has a strong, robust frame with transport wheels for easy movement.
