There are 8 pre-programmed workout available, including Intervals, Hill Run, Fat Burn and more. If you’re after a more expansive library of workouts, the FT80 connects to Kinomap, Zwift and FitShow, delivering engaging and scenic guided sessions (smart device and app subscriptions not included). With an audio in jack, you’re able to listen to your favourite playlists to stay motivated, and there’s even an integrated USB port for keeping your tablet or smart phone fully-charged. The Body Power FT80 comes equipped with a folding deck, so when you’ve finished your run it can be lifted up and out of the way, freeing up floor space when not in use.
