The mats also provide a more comfortable surface for floor-based exercises, limiting joint and muscle stress. Each mat measures 6’ x 4’, with a thickness of 8mm, and is black with grey fleck – sold in singles. It’s recommended to allow each mat to acclimatise for at least 24 hours prior to installation at the same ambient conditions as the finished space.
