You can work every muscle group by combining the 55kg of tri-grip vinyl weight discs and advance your performance over time. Complete with barbell and two dumbbell handles, it’s easy to mix up your exercises. Both the tubular hollow barbell and 18” dumbbell handles are a standard 1” diameter and use spinlock collars to secure the weights. Lightweight, compact and featuring knurled handles, they’re comfortable and convenient. The plate-load ends for the 5ft Barbell are 28cm, with a distance between plate loads of 93cm. The smart red and black Tri-Grip Vinyl Weight Discs are made from high quality vinyl, which is both scratch and impact-resistant and feature a compacted cement filling. The innovative tri-grip makes them easy to pick up and faster to load while the plastic coating reduced noise. Six Spinlock collars are included for use in the barbell and dumbbells.
