These plates are manufactured with a durable rubber coating with steel insert, a friction ring for a snug and secure fit to the bar, and are colour-coded to IWF standards. This set includes 2x 0.5kg, 2x 1kg, 2x 1.25kg, 2x 1.5kg, 2x 2kg, 2x 2.5kg and 2x 5kg plates. Compatible with Olympic bars and equipment only.
