Made from durable rubber, the Body Power Rubber Tri-Grip Olympic Weight Plates offer excellent shock absorption, and their handy textured tri-grip design ensures a comfortable and secure grip when loading the bar and during exercises without the bar. Superbly finished in a Black Electrophoretic coating and featuring central knurling, the 30mm bar offers more gripping surface during use. The bar weighs 20kg and has a 320kg rating, with internal dimensions (collar to collar) of 52”. The sleeves are treated in chrome, and feature 2 bearings plus 2 bronze bushings for smooth rotations. The set is complete with a pair of spring collars to keep your weight plates secure on the bar, which feature comfortable grips for ease of use.
