The BH Fitness RS1000 Folding Treadmill is equipped with a 2.5HP/4HP motor that powers speeds of up to 22 km/h (13.7 mph) and 15 levels of electronic incline, both easily adjustable with speed and elevation instant keys. Its 150×55 cm running surface offers plenty of striding room, and features 6 high-density elastomers that distribute the impact and vibrations, reducing noise and increasing comfort. The RS1000 is fitted with an LED screen that tracks all the stats you need, including heart rate readings measured by contact points and via Bluetooth (chest strap required). There’s a universal holder for smartphones and/or tablets, which you can connect to the machine via cable or Bluetooth to listen to music during your runs through its built-in speakers. Choose from 8 predefined programs, including Heart Rate Control, Recovery and Body Fat Test workouts. The RS1000 also incorporates the new iConcept 3.0 connectivity system with FTMS protocol that allows greater compatibility with the most recognised fitness apps, including Zwift, Kinomap and others. The deck can be lifted or lowered with ease, thanks to the RS1000’s Soft Drop System (SDS), and wheeled away on its integrated transport wheels.
